Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer across assigned routes.
- Monitor and maintain proper trailer temperatures for refrigerated cargo.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections strictly following DOT guidelines.
- Deliver freight safely and on time to customer locations and distribution centers.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- License: Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
- Medical: Current DOT Medical Card.
- Experience: Verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience (Reefer experience preferred).
- Safety Record: Clean driving record (MVR) with no major recent violations.
- Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and safety-focused.
